As part of our topic this term we have been learning about Elephants in the wild, the dangers that they face and how their numbers are dwindling. The children were so concerned about this that they asked what they could do to help. It was agreed by all the children that they would like to raise money to go towards this worthy cause, so they created their own elephant money boxes to take home and collect any spare loose change. Some of the children have returned their money boxes this week and thanks to the generosity of their families and friends we have managed to raise over £100.
