African Fruit Salads

Have you ever read Handa's Surprise by Eileen Browne?  The children in 1CW know this story well; not only have they created a dance based on the story, they have also made their own fruit salad using some of the fruits that featured in it.

After tasting some of the fruits, they planned their own recipe for African Fruit Salad using their favourites.  To get your mouth watering, take a look at some of the photos of the children enjoying their fruit salads!
