Choo Choo!

On Friday the children in Year 1 travelled by train to Calstock as part of our transport topic. The children thoroughly enjoyed travelling by train and observing the beautiful countryside along the way. Once we got to Calstock the children enjoyed playing in the local park where a pirate ship construction was available for them to play on. We enjoyed our lunch by the river looking at the scenery and wildlife. After that the children explored the local fields and got very excited jumping in muddy puddles. 1R in particular got very muddy!
