We would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to all those parents who came to join 1CW and 1W in the playground on Friday afternoon!
As part of their History
Topic about Toys and Games in the past, the children have been learning some
traditional playground games including Jack be Nimble, Hippety Hop and Dusty
Bluebells which they were keen to share with their families. We were very impressed with all the parents
who joined in with the games, particularly Jack’s dad who set up a fabulous
game with a ball on a rope which the children loved. We hope all our visitors enjoyed revisiting
their childhoods and joining in with some playground fun!
