Year one were so lucky to have a visit from Joe, who works
at the National Marine Aquarium. He taught us about the animals that live in
the sea and about the impact humans are having on food chains. He also took us
deep sea diving with the virtual reality headsets which. We then met Shelly the
Shark who had a tummy ache. When we investigated the contents of her stomach we
found not only fish but plastic!!! Year One have pledged to keep reducing,
reusing and recycling to save our world!!! A huge thank you to the PTFA for
contributing towards this memorable experience.
