Good`ay Mate!!!!!!!

This week the children in Year 1 had an Australia Day to finish off their topic about places around the world. The children came in dressed as Australians, and some of the inhabited animals too!! The children tasted some of the traditional cuisine from the country including Fairy Bread - a real favourite! Vegemite sandwiches - we had a lot of funny faces! Apply crumble and many fruits. The children enjoyed singing some Australian songs and creating some Aboriginal Artwork.
