In D&T this term we have been designing and making a car for Mr Mole. Poor Mr Mole kept getting lost on his way home so we decided to make him a vehicle to get him safely back to his family. First we looked at vehicles and talked about the different parts they had. Then we looked at the parts that made the vehicles move and learnt we needed an axle. We the safely used saw to cut the wood and attached wheels. We finished by decorating our cars using a range of methods. We are so proud of our vehicles and we know Mr Mole will love them too.
